- We currently ship and accept returns within the United States only.
- Orders placed outside the U.S. (including the EU) are not accepted and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Eligibility
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Final sale items, digital products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Damages & Issues

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.
Refund Method
Approved returns are refunded as a Kaido Motors gift card. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
Processing Time
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your gift card/store credit is typically issued within 10 business days.
